Its selling points include an aggressively angled scoop, a meticulously designed pocket, and a lightweight, stiff construction. This versatility makes it perfect for transitioning between offense, defense, and ground ball battles.

A midfielder

Key features include:

Bone-growth optimization software helped identify low-stress areas to remove material without sacrificing strength
Rounded front edges prevent your head from digging into the ground
An aggressive forward angle helps guide loose balls in your pocket
Ultra-still construction gives more power, accuracy, and consistency.
29 stringing holes on each sidewall allows for customization and fine-tuning
A lightweight locking bolt secures the head from both ends to stop head rattle

Top Competitors

The Maverik Tactik 3.0 prioritizes a blend of power and control through its mid-pocket design and diverse stringing options. It features a slightly less aggressive scoop compared to the Mark 2V, potentially impacting ground ball collection in contested situations. The STX Stallion 1K leans towards a more offensive-focused approach with its aggressive mid-high pocket designed to maximize power in shots. While it excels in generating raw power, it might offer less control on finesse plays compared to the Mark 2V and Tactik 3.0.

👍 Pros
This head has stood up to extensive play.
With 29 holes, the stringing possibilities are endless. If you're a stringer, it truly allows you to hone in on what you seek to get out of the head.
I am a 2-way middie, and this head has held up for a whole season and summer ball. Has not warped at all and is still very stiff.
👎 Cons
Spend some time ensuring front and back holes line up or you're in for a headache getting a good lock.
Not a big fan of the of the proprietary StringKing head screw.
Don’t love this head. Would prefer something more flexible.

The Mark 2V is perfect for the all-around player, making it extremely versatile on the feild. It has a classic face shape, similar to the Mark 1, for increased ball control. It’s super balanced due to the blend of stiffness and weight of the head. Keep in ind that achieving a low pocket may require a more experienced stringer.
