The 2024 Rossignol Experience 86 Basalt is the perfect balance of lightweight agility and smooth, predictable performance. Built for the intermediate to advanced skier who spends the majority of their time on-trail but wants the freedom to explore off-piste, this ski replaces heavy metal laminates with sustainable Basalt fibers. This construction dampens vibrations and provides a stable, "quiet" feel on firm snow without the taxing weight of a traditional charger. Featuring Rossignol’s Drive Tip Solution and an All Trail profile, these skis initiate turns with minimal effort and maintain a powerful edge throughout the arc. Paired with the Look NX 12 bindings, this setup offers a responsive, energetic ride that excels in everything from morning corduroy to afternoon bumps. Condition: Top Sheet Condition 8.5 This top sheet condition may have some chips along the edges that will not need repaired. There may be moderate to heavy amounts of scratching to the surface of the tip and tails from ski usage. The ski may have some epoxy repairs to the edges of the ski. There is no compromising damage to the ski’s top sheet. Base Condition: Base Condition 8.5 This base condition will have some noticeable scratching on some or most of the base. These scratches and scuffs could be removed with a fresh tune without any need for P-TEX repairs needed. There is no deep gouging or pitting on the base currently. These bases may show minor P-TEX repairs from the past but do not need any more. These skis have a fresh coat of wax on them and are ready to hit the slope.
