Great skates. Used for two years about 3 times a week. steel has some rust on them. They are the Bauer titanium steel. Boot is still split. Tongue has some wear from where the shin pads rub. Rivets have minor rust but are in great shape to hold the holders in place well. Inside footbed in great shape and no rust on inside. Eyelets in great working condition as well.

I've had multiple pairs of the HyperLites, both retail and custom-made. It's like the HyperLite took the best elements from all the top Vapor skates and made them even lighter and more comfortable. The Hyperlite is the lightest skate I've ever used. It's almost so light that you need to get adjusted to putting pressure differently using your blades because heavier skates do give you a little extra weight. Also, it's a great travel skate. Everything is weight-based if you're flying somewhere, so the HyperLite is an excellent option.
