2023 True Pro Custom Hockey Skates Regular Width 8 (Used)

True custom svh skates. $500 for just skates, with true holders. Got these made in 2023. In good condition. I play beer league 2-3 times a week. The only thing that ever broke was 1 tendon guard. True replaced it for free. I found out the reason tendon guards break so much on trues is because they fit so snug. People pull on the tendon guards when putting skates on. These are the most comfortable skates I’ve ever worn. I understand custom skates are to an individual foot. I don’t have abnormal feet. But every new retail skate I tired on would hurt my accessory navicular bone. I would say these fit like a 7 3/4 D regular fit. I think that’s bauers fit 1. I normally wear a retail 8D. And they have just a smidge too much room in the toe box. The trues fit perfect. 2 reasons I’m selling skates. As you can see there’s extra holders and steel that come with skates. 1 I found a really good condition pair of my old skates apx2. 2 I tried different holders and profiles and couldn’t get skates to skate like my old skates. Yes I’ve tried new hylperlites ccm fts etc… nothing skated like my old apx’s and also hurt my feet. Hence the trues. I personally like the marsblade holders. It feels smoother in turns. I went back to a traditional holder and it felt making a trapezoid when turning compared to a smooth circle. Before you start calculating your lowball offers. Look at what comes with skates. 2023 true customs Original true holders and dlc steel $1400+tax New style ccm xs holders $50,with 2 sets of black step steel. $200 each Marsblade holders mounted $189 +$60 mounting. with 3 sets of dlc steel. $169x2 one set comes with holder. 1 has a zuperior small profile. $50. About 2500 + tax. I get this a place to find deals. Just keep in mind how much this actually costs. I might consider a trade for a really good near new condition of x900’s 8D. not 1x already have another pair of apx2’s from what I’ve gathered x900’s skate similar to apx2 with an updated curve composite construction. The True Pro Custom are the skates I currently use. They're fantastic. The durability on these is just otherworldly. I've used my Pro Customs for over two years, and they still hold up great. In being custom, a lot of the holders (what keeps the steel in) can be swapped out. They will feature the quick-release Bauer version, or you'll see these skates with the quick-release CCM version. When you're looking for these skates, you can pretty much find whatever you desire.
