Pro Stock Bauer Mach Goalie Pads, Glove, & Blocker Set - Size large (35+1) Colours are white/royal blue/red/sport gold (Edmonton Oil Kings). This set used part of last season and it’s in great shape. Pads: size large. Strapping and leg channel is Hyperlite so there’s a good chance the pads are a Hyperlite build. Wide open knee area, and no boot strap. Pads are in great shape overall. There’s some minor wear on the sliding surface boot area, but that’s a fairly common wear area on Bauer pads. Tons of saves left in these pads. Glove: Mach build. Double T with skate lace pocket. Glove feels great and closes quite well. Blocker: Mach build. Palm is nearly mint. The one issue with this blocker is a rip on the sidewall where some stitching was. To fix this, I’d glue and cover with padskinz. No wear that will affect the usability of the blocker.

The Bauer Mach goalie full set builds on the success of the Ultrasonic line by reducing weight and introducing new features for competitive goalies. With a one-piece thermoformed shin and boot construction, it maintains durability and a modern look. This set also features a new Tune-Fit+ strapping system around the cal area designed to keep the pad attached to the leg. This will allow any player to have the perfect customized set to their liking.

The Mach took what was on the Ultrasonic ( an integrated knee, a very flat face, predictable rebounds, and a simplified strapping system) and then also added an internal calf bracket to give a lot more support underneath the leg. Basically, the internal Stabilislide knee block was added into the calf providing the same support. So the Mach is known for having a great seal and awesome rebounds. It also has an excellent slide and a very square butterfly. The only potential downside to the Mach is because of the extra internal calf bracket, the pads are too square and supportive and the feedback I’ve heard is, "My body hurts; I can't use these."
