That price is very firm. However, you will not be able to use the warrenty since you are not the original owner/purchaser of the bat. That's why we discounted the item by $50.00. My son threw away the original packing slip, but we do have the email from Soldier Sports confiming all the information, including the replacement value. The original wrapping is still on the bat handle, but the box had been opened. We wanted to be sure the bat was as stated: 33/30.
