Rawlings Heart Of The Hide Horween First Base Mitt PRO-9FOT USA Baseball Glove Rawlings Heart of the Hide Horween First Base Mitt – PRO-9FOT (USA, 1997) This is an oil-treated Horween leather Rawlings Heart of the Hide first base mitt. The date code is OEA01, which dates this glove to 1997. It is made in the USA and constructed from Horween leather. I haven’t really seen many others that look like this. The leather reminds me a lot of Timber Glaze. The glove is as close to new as it can get. It looks like it may have caught a few balls in the pocket, so I’m labeling it pre-owned, but it could definitely pass as very new. There is Horween dust present throughout, which you can see in the photos. I honestly don’t think you’re going to find many of these in this kind of condition.
